10/2/20 i can love the world

When I feel good about myself, I have so much love for all people around me. When I feel beautiful, I see beauty and love in all people. My judgements fall away and I can feel love for everyone. I feel an ease and a grace and I don't worry about the usual anxieties. I just want to reach out to friends to tell them how awesome they are. And I do! When I love myself, I can love the world.
